The site is run by a small group of fans who travel, and one address reaches all of us:
There is no contact form, no account and no ticket system. Plain email works, we read every message, and we usually reply within a few days. Put the page you are writing about in the subject line and we can act on it faster.
What to write in about
Corrections. This is the mail we want most. Hours, tolls, ferry prices and tour operators change, and a place page that is wrong sends someone on a wasted drive. Tell us the page, what it says and what you found instead. Corrections that check out go live within a few days and the page’s updated date changes. If you visited a place and it was not as described, that counts too.
A business that has closed. If a bar, motel, fish camp or tour company named on a page has shut, say so and we will remove it or mark it. We would rather have a shorter page than a wrong one.
A place we should add. If you have matched a shot from an official trailer or screenshot to a real Florida location that is not on the site, send the trailer timestamp and the real location. We only publish matches from Rockstar’s own trailers, screenshots and site, so anything from an unofficial source will not be used, however good the match is.
Photos. Every photo on the site is a stock image with a credit. If you have taken a good photograph of one of these places and are willing to license it to us with a credit, we would like to see it. Send a link rather than an attachment first.
Press and partnerships. Journalists, tour operators, tourism boards and travel platforms can use the same address. Read the affiliate disclosure first: we do not sell coverage, run sponsored pages or take payment for a warmer write-up, so the honest answer to some requests will be no.
Privacy and data. The privacy policy explains what little the site collects. If you think we hold something about you, or you want an analytics or advertising question answered, email the same address and we will answer honestly.
What we cannot help with
We are not Rockstar Games and have no connection to them. We cannot answer questions about the game itself, pre-orders, platforms, release timing beyond what is on the release page, or anything about the story. We also do not have, and will not share, any unreleased material.
Social
We do not run social accounts for the site yet. When we do, they will be linked from the footer of every page. Until then, email is the only channel, and it is the one we answer.
